    MailChimp is our partner in the process of sending and receiving newsletters. To allow for this service to operate and prevent any abuse, the following data is collected: IP address, country, city, postal code, geographic latitude, geographic longitude, region, and date and time of logging in to the Newsletter. By opting in to receive our Newsletter and accepting our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, you agree to make this data available to MailChimp and such data will be stored until such time you opt out of receiving news from ENERGY PLUS d.o.o.

    ENERGY PLUS d.o.o. uses it best efforts to ensure personal data security and compliance with the applicable data protection regulations (such as the General Data Protection Regulation, Act Implementing the General Data Protection Regulation, etc.). Please note that you data is diligently protected against loss, destruction, tampering, unauthorized access and unauthorized release. Our employees of ENERGY PLUS d.o.o. are required to maintain confidentiality of your data and comply with the general corporate documents of ENERGY PLUS d.o.o.     We retain your data until such time you withdraw your consent, except for data subject to a longer retention period under the applicable regulations. Please be advised that you have the right to withdraw all or any part of your consent at any time by notifying us at: gdpr@energyplus.hr, in writing, electronically or verbally. Furthermore, after we receive your statement of consent withdrawal we will confirm its receipt in writing and the personal data covered by the withdrawal statement will no longer be processed as of the consent withdrawal date. Please note that all processing and/or transfers made up to the consent withdrawal date will remain legally effective.

    In addition to the right to withdraw consent, users have, under the applicable data protection regulations, the right to access and receive confirmation from ENERGY PLUS d.o.o. in connection with personal data, the right to rectify, the right to erase (“right to be forgotten”), the right to restrict processing, the right to data transferability, and the right to object. In addition, users are entitled to submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority.
    In case you decide you do not wish to share your data, please note that you may not be able to access certain parts of our website.
